Although the Miss Texarkana Scholarship Organization is an official franchise
of the Miss Texas Organization and the Miss Arkansas Organization, these organizations are not and have never been a sponsoring agent for the Teen or any other children’s pageant. Questions about the
rules, regulations, and conduct of the Miss Teen Texarkana Pageants should be addressed to the Miss Texarkana ScholarshipOrganization.
