The 2006 Miss Diamond Lakes Pageant was held February 4th at the Jones Performing Arts Center on the campus of OBU. Jessica Wheeler was crowned Miss Diamond Lakes and Katie Burgess was crowned the 2006 Miss Diamond Lakes Outstanding Teen.
