In September , the annual 4-States Fair is held in Texarkana. To kickoff the event a parade is held in downtown Texarkana. It is a tradition for the Miss Texarkana Organization to
take part is this event. This year all nine of our title holders were able to ride in the parade. A special thank you to Frank Poff for sharing his pictures from this event.
