Although the Miss Texarkansa Scholarship Organization is an official franchise
of the Miss Texas Organization and the Miss Arkansas Organization, these organizations are not and have never been a sponsoring agent for any children’s pageant. Questions about the rules, regulations,
and conduct of the children’s pageants should be addressed to the Miss Texarkana Scholarship Organization.
